Reminder: please complete your puppy application before proceeding with the purchase agreement. An approved application is required before a puppy is sold. Applying early helps us review your home and puppy preferences sooner; it does not by itself reserve or guarantee a puppy.

Right Path Boerboel Kennel takes pride in our beloved dogs and the lives they will share with their families. Our goal is to place every puppy in a safe, loving home prepared for a lifetime of care. Please review the care guidance and proposed purchase terms below. Purchase terms remain a draft; the acknowledgment below records your review and training preference, not a finalized sale agreement. Refund terms and the final agreement require review by a qualified local attorney before use.

Life in their forever home

Growth & everyday care. Boerboels grow into large, powerful adults, and physical and behavioral maturity can take two to three years. Keep your puppy lean, schedule veterinary visits, and provide age-appropriate exercise. Avoid forced running, repetitive jumping, and strenuous exercise while joints are developing. Ask your veterinarian about growth, vaccination, parasite prevention, and an appropriate activity plan.

Start training early. Begin with toilet training, calm handling, and a consistent routine. Introduce people, sounds, and environments gradually and safely, following your veterinarian’s advice on vaccination and exposure. Teach polite greetings, leash skills, recall, and settling. Supervise interactions with children and other animals.

Feeding after weaning. Once our puppies are weaned, they will be fed a high-quality, complete and balanced kibble formulated for large-breed puppy growth. If you would like to feed a raw or home-cooked diet, speak with your veterinarian or a board-certified veterinary nutritionist before making any changes. They can help you choose a safe, nutritionally balanced feeding plan that supports your puppy’s growth.

Purchase & payment terms

Deposit. The proposed reservation down payment is USD $1,000, credited toward the puppy’s purchase price. The kennel intends this deposit to be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the final signed agreement. An application must be completed and approved before a puppy is sold. A deposit does not override the kennel’s approval process.

Balance & transport. The remaining purchase balance and any agreed shipping or transport fees must be paid in full and cleared before the puppy leaves the kennel. Transport costs may be additional to the puppy’s price and must be disclosed and agreed in advance. The final agreement will identify the puppy, total price, deposit, remaining balance, transport costs, and delivery arrangements.

Ownership & breeding rights. Upon full payment and transfer under the final agreement, the purchase price includes ownership and breeding rights for the identified puppy, subject to applicable law and any clearly stated registration conditions. Registration and transfer documents must be specified in the final agreement. Breeding rights do not guarantee fertility, breeding suitability, registration eligibility, or future results. The buyer accepts responsibility for veterinary care, humane housing, training, safe management, licensing, and all ongoing costs of ownership.

Our lifetime commitment

Contact the kennel first. If you can no longer keep your dog, or no longer wish to keep it, you must contact Right Path Boerboel Kennel before arranging a transfer or rehoming. Give us the opportunity to discuss taking the dog back or helping identify another suitable home. Do not surrender the dog to a pound, shelter, or rescue without first contacting the kennel and arranging a safe alternative. If an immediate welfare or safety emergency arises, seek appropriate professional help and notify the kennel as soon as possible.

REFUND CLAUSE — PENDING REVIEW. A proposed 50% refund provision has not been finalized. The circumstances that qualify, the amount used to calculate the refund, the treatment of the deposit and transport fees, and the timing of any payment must be clarified in the final agreement. This draft does not promise a refund.

Optional puppy training

Give your puppy a head start before coming home. Our optional program introduces comfortable collar and leash handling, walking on a loose leash, and basic commands such as sit, down, stay, and come. We also provide age-appropriate socialization through calm, supervised exposure to people, suitable dogs, everyday sounds, and new environments.

This service carries an additional fee for training, boarding, and feeding. The kennel will confirm the total fee with you in writing before training begins. Allow approximately two additional weeks beyond the original shipping date. International departures must also meet the destination country’s age and import requirements. Progress varies with each puppy, and continued practice at home is essential.

Review & sign

Buyer acknowledgment: I have reviewed the purchase terms on this page, including payment, ownership responsibilities, and contacting the kennel before rehoming. If I request optional puppy training, I understand that it has an extra fee for training, boarding, and feeding and adds approximately two weeks to the original shipping date. Training starts only after the kennel confirms the fee and schedule with me in writing.

Type your full legal name below as your electronic signature. This form emails your acknowledgment and training preference to the kennel; it is not a verified e-signature service and does not collect payment. Any unresolved purchase terms, including the refund provision, must be finalized in writing before a final sale agreement is executed.
